Paper Submission
Any author can submit an unlimited number of papers, but
the same speaker cannot present more than two papers. All authors
presenting papers must be Ph.D. students. By Ph.D. student, we mean a
student who is working toward his/her Ph.D. thesis or who has discussed
his/her Ph.D. thesis within one year in advance of the paper submission
deadline (i.e. after March 16th, 2006).
Due to timing constraints associated with the paper
review process, paper must be received by March 16,
2007.
After selection of papers, authors will be informed of
the decision of the Technical Program Committee by e-mail on May 2,
2007. At the same time, the preliminary Final Program will be published
on the Web site.
Authors of accepted papers should submit electronically
the final four-page camera-ready manuscript and the IEEE Copyright Form
(available in Word and PDF
format) before June 1, 2007.
The signed IEEE Copyright Form can be sent by fax to
+33 556 371 545 or by e-mail to begueret@ixl.fr.
The working language for the conference is English,
which will be used for all presentations and printed material.
Format of Papers
Paper submitted for PRIME 2007 must not exceed four
pages with all illustrations and references included. The size of the

Information to Be Provided by the Authors
In order for papers to receive a full review, the
following information must be fullfilled:
- title
of paper,
- name,
complete mailing address and phone, fax and e-mail of the first author,
- names,
affiliations, city, state, country of additional authors,
- name
of the corresponding author,
-
complete
mailing address, phone, fax and e-mail of the corresponding author, if
other than the first author.
Review Process
Papers submitted for review must clearly state:
- the purpose of the work,
- how and to what extent it
advances the art,
- specific new results and
their impact.
The degree to which the paper deals with these issues
will affect whether the paper is selected. The most frequent cause of
rejection of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Only work that
has not been previously published at the time of the Conference will be
considered. Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance
is considered by the Committee as an agreement that the work will not
be placed in the public domain prior to the Conference.
